These are attractively located apartments in the beautiful Almanzora Valley under half an hour from the sea. Although the area is very typically Spanish in essence, there is a thriving ex pat community dotted throughout the hills centred on the a couple of the villages in the valley, Arboleas being one of them.

The apartment blocks here are to be built in two stages, the first one being ready to move in to, and the other, scheduled for completion at the end of 2009.
